Interesting article on using manual methods, but how about the use of narrow AI in auto-schedulers? That’s a powerful alternative.

We study and teach both methods at ScheduleU.org. It’s “The school for scheduling everything” and the only way we have discovered for managing a lot of tasks is to use software to produce an optimal calendar on demand.

Manual methods are fine for small numbers of tasks, but people regularly run into the limits and then struggle, just because they aren’t aware that better technology exists.
